State Director: Tonya Conley (Omaha, NE) has been re-appointed to serve as Nebraska State Director. Tonya became a member in 1993 as an undergraduate at Creighton University (Tau Alpha) and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science in 1995. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Carnegie Mellon University and a juris doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently works as an assistant general attorney for Union Pacific Railroad Company. Her professional insight will be leveraged as we explore legal and social policy related Z-Hope and community programs.
