State Director: Janet Lockhart-Johnson (Davenport, Iowa) became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Nu Beta Chapter, in 1970 at Tougaloo College, Tougaloo, MS. Her line reactivated the chapter that had been inactive for several years. She is now a member of Xi Pi Graduate Chapter of Davenport, Iowa. She is currently employed as an educator in the Rock Island-Milan School District. She has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University. Janet will be a tremendous asset to the region in the areas of education, development and youth.
